Area Sales Officer Bachelor Degree Job

Job brief
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Officer to join our sales team.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives within the assigned area.
To carry out 1000 customer’s censors
To manage 250 customers and 12 satellite markets
Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential customers, retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Meet sales targets by effectively managing and guiding the sales team.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and optimize strategies.
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least one year experience in sales, willing to grow career in sales
Not more than 32 years
