Area Business Manager - Retail PhD / Fellowship Job

Responsibilities

Monitor and supervise the Retail Stations in the assigned territory

Ensure and maintain the operations excellence, HSSE and standards on retail forecourts

Implement company policies and procedures on Retail stations

Conduct HSSE audits / inspection of Retail Stations

Development of Retail network through identifying fueling pockets, followed by trade area analysis, feasibility and Retailer profiling

Site development of existing network by securing lands through leases and

Coordinate construction status with Retail engineering team.

Build and maintain relationships with existing retailers for consistent business in future

Finding ways to ensure efficiency of sales operations

Effective management of Retail sales operations

Supply coordination and payment recovery from existing network

Execute brand promotional campaigns

Responsible for stakeholder management.

Achieve volumetric and profitable goals.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree in Accounting or related field

Professional Qualification: ACA/ACCA. CISA Certificate would be an added advantage

Post qualification years of experience: minimum of fifteen (15) years cognate work experience and must have worked in an Audit (practicing) firm for a minimum of seven (7 years) with minimal supervision

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

High degree of integrity, confidentiality, confidence and ability to contribute to team culture

Working knowledge of Oracle ERP and audit management tools

Excellent knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry dynamics

Readiness to work in any part of the country

Perform other activities as may be assigned from time to time by the Company Internal Audit
