Role Summary

As the Animal Nutritionist & R&D Manager, spearhead advanced nutritional programs for livestock.

Lead research initiatives, drive product development, and optimize animal health, aligning R&D with plant goals.

Responsibilities

Develop specialized nutritional plans for various livestock to enhance growth and health.

Conduct comprehensive research in animal nutrition, feed formulations, and dietary assessment.

Lead R&D experiments, ensuring safety and ethical standards.

Analyze data, translate findings for improved nutrition and product development.

Collaborate with teams to implement and monitor nutritional programs.

Stay updated on industry trends to guide R&D strategies.

Requirements

Advanced Degree in Animal Science or related field.

Membership in relevant professional bodies.

8 - 10 years in animal nutrition and agricultural R&D, with managerial roles.

Proven track record in nutritional programs and leading research projects.

Expertise in experimental design, statistical analysis, and research methodologies.

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
