Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer to join our cutting-edge IT team.

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative artificial intelligence solutions.

The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, a strong background in machine learning, and a passion for applying AI technologies to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI applications.

Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to address specific business challenges.

Implement end-to-end AI solutions, including data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.

Evaluate and select appropriate machine learning frameworks and libraries for specific projects.

Work with large datasets to train and fine-tune models, ensuring high accuracy and performance.

Collaborate with data engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

Stay abreast of advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and recommend their integration.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure robustness and reliability.

Collaborate with software developers to integrate AI capabilities into applications.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior AI engineers.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of proven experience as an AI Engineer with a focus on machine learning.

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Experience with deep learning architectures and techniques.

Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.

Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure AI).

Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated on AI trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Publications or contributions to the AI/Machine Learning community.

Experience with reinforcement learning.

Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).

Previous work on AI projects in diverse domains.

Exposure to DevOps practices and tools in the context of AI.
