DottsMediaHouse is looking to fill the role of an Account Manager who will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, managing project deliverables, and building strong client-agency relationships that drive impactful results.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
Understand client needs and objectives to develop strategic briefs
Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of campaigns and projects
Collaborate with internal teams including creative, digital, and strategy to ensure seamless execution
Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure high-quality, timely delivery
Prepare reports, updates, and campaign summaries for clients
Maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for growth
Manage multiple accounts efficiently and handle fast-paced workflows
Assist in pitching to prospective clients or upselling to existing ones


REQUIREMENTS


Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a digital/media/creative agency
Strong understanding of advertising, marketing, and digital media trends
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Client-focused approach with problem-solving attitude
Detail-oriented and proactive
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools
At least 3 years experience managing client accounts at a top digital or media agency in Nigeria
Experience handling top-tier brands across diverse industries
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to think creatively and strategically
Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
