SeamlessHR is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team! As the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients, you'll build strong relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
Proactively identify client needs and exceed expectations by delivering exceptional customer service.
Manage client accounts effectively, ensuring timely delivery of services and clear communication on project updates.
Upsell and cross-sell additional SeamlessHR products and services to maximize client value and revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, customer support) to resolve client issues and ensure seamless account management.
Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Generate reports on client activity, satisfaction metrics, and account performance.
Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in account management or a related field.
A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in CRM software and account management best practices.
A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
